GE Healthcare: Product Commercialization in North America
In April of 2009, Cytori formed a new agreement with GE Healthcare to commercialize Cytori’s StemSource® 900/MB Tissue Processing System in the North American research and cell banking markets. In January of 2009, Cytori formed a partnership with GE Healthcare for exclusive commercialization of the Celution® System in select European countries. The partnership covers exclusive commercialization in the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, cell banking and research markets in the U.K., France, Germany, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria and Switzerland. Green Hospital Supply: StemSource® Cell Bank Commercialization in Several Asian Countries

Olympus Corporation: The Olympus-Cytori Joint Venture
In November 2005, the Olympus-Cytori Joint Venture was formed to develop, manufacture, and service the next generation Celution® One device.
