You can contact Cytori Therapeutics' Board of Directors to provide comments, to report concerns, or to ask a question.
- All complaints and concerns will be received and processed by Cytori’s Compliance Officer and distributed to the Board, or to any individual director as appropriate.
- Complaints relating to Cytori’s accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing will be referred to members of the Audit Committee.
- Material unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the board will be excluded (e.g. product complaints, product inquiries, new product suggestions, resumes and other forms of job inquiries, surveys, business solicitations or advertisements).
- Material that is unduly hostile, threatening, illegal or similarly unsuitable will be excluded, with the provision that any communication that is filtered out must be made available to any non-management director upon request.
- You can report your complaint or concern anonymously or confidentially.
- You may indicate whether you are a shareholder, customer, supplier, or other interested party.
