PureGraft™ is a first-in-class fat processing technology developed for the preparation of fat grafts in a closed, sterile system. The PureGraft™ System is centered around Cytori Therapeutics’ revolutionary lipodialysis technology that selectively washes the graft tissue, drains the tumescent fluid and removes free lipids and debris in less than 15 minutes. With no mechanical equipment, the PureGraft™ System is easy to operate and gives the physician the ability to control hydration of the graft by varying the number of wash cycles and the length of drain times. Compared to conventional graft preparation techniques, the PureGraft™ System has been designed to rapidly prepare large tissue volumes (50-250 mL). The PureGraft™ 250 System is indicated for use in autologous fat transfers.
